Shameful People

I have read the reviews and I have had the same problem as all the other people ordering goods which never arrive its appalling they can carry on and do this I purchased 2 covers on amazon and was so pleased I contacted the company to purchase 2 more covers they directed me to their Web site and I ordered 2 covers for my ice cream maker and food processor I managed to speaker with them once promising to send my covers that week but nothing since they are still selling on amazon and their Web site how can people have so little shame

Avoid Took money no cover no reply to email Will have to use credit card company to get money back Complete waste of focking time

Still waiting

Still waiting despite now being a week late I rang today and spoke to an extremely rude woman who sounded thoroughly put out by my chasing my order - her attitude to paying customers absolutely stinks I will await one more week and then try to cancel my order I do not recommend this company communication and customer service leaves a lot to be desired

Purchased via ETSY Owner Jo is pleasant and obsequious on telephone but incapable of what she promises I ordered a made -to -measure cover for a halogen oven along with 2 standard covers in a plain black material After weeks of delays emails and excuses daughter s exams etc items arrived The cover for a round halogen oven had been cobbled together by using a rectangular base for the top and adding extra fabric to make a non-fitting cover There is no way this was EVER going to fit square peg round hole I called Jo again her response was Well I didn t charge you for made to measure even though that was what I d ordered and paid for This despite assuring me she was cutting oval and circular bases on 15th May in yet another email promising posting of items on 16th May No solution offered when I called just a shrug of the shoulders First ever poor experience with an ETSY seller I hope it s the last

Proud of the negative reviews

Rang to chase my order after 5 days as this is the despatch time on the order confirmation to be told I haven t received that order I then told her when it was ordered to be told oh that won t be made yet it takes up to 10 days So it should actually be a 15 day despatch time I then asked for a refund and mentioned the reviews on trustpilot to be told Yes they re all negative she seemed proud of this fact I would not recommend unless you want to wait weeks on end to perhaps get your order

No cover received please don t order from this Company they are crooks

Ordered a Magimix cover November 2022 and still not received in April 2023 despite calls and emails chasing Paid 39 95 and have not received the goods I was twice told a bulk order had got lost by a courier and they were behind and would work the weekend to catch up On another occasion she complained on the phone to me what a pain Magimix covers are to make Please don t order goods from this company This is shocking taking people s money and not delivering goods it s fraud Doesn t even deserve one star

Non delivery of products ordered

Ordered a cover over 4 weeks ago spoke 2 weeks ago told it would be sent still not received and the will not answer the phone

Absolutely hopeless

Absolutely hopeless do not purchase from this company ordered product on 2nd March followed with email when it did not arrive and was told it was I would receive in couple of days 3 weeks later called and was told it was ready to despatch again nothing registered dispute with Visa and got my money back in a couple of days

Failed to reply to emails

Failed to reply to emails order not received after 5 weeks dispute raised with PayPal who immediately responded saying a refund would be issued
