I have had multiple great experiences and I highly recommend Coolina knives My first experience with them was 2-3 years ago when my better half gifted me three the Galba Butcher knife the Altomino Chef s knife and the Altomino Chopping knife I ve used the butcher knife to break down large pieces of meat and I use the chef s knife whenever I can barbecue for fun I also love taking them with me when I cook for friends and family thanks to the included cotton sheathes I got social media ads and email promotions for their Valentine s sale and we decided to purchase a few more for the buy two get two deal and even bit the bullet on the 50 mystery knife add-on at checkout I could not be happier I was not ecstatic that I had to pay for shipping on a 300 purchase but second-day FedEx is nothing to complain about as my package arrived quickly and unscathed Contrary to many Reddit users and some YouTubers all of my knives have arrived straight sharp and with perfectly seated handles And I want to emphasize this because online opinions are a VERY mixed bag While filling my cart with my second set of Coolina knives I researched to see which models came recommended for my preferred styles of cooking and found warnings of scams and stories of knives that arrived bent or broken among positive reviews and unboxings Now I was nervous However I had a positive experience and image of the brand before this and hesitantly clicked that checkout button but on the credit card in case I was being shipped one of the horror stories I had seen online To my relief I now own the Promaja the Altomino Tungsten the Altomino Butcher the Gator and a surprise Eagle all in the finest condition There was even a cookbook by the Mysterious Chef from whom my brother sends me Instagram reels I want to proudly recommend Coolina based on my personal experiences But there s a nagging in the back of my mind about their inconsistency Thankfully almost all problem stories I ve seen say that their customer service is responsive and dedicated to making things right So I ll still highly recommend their products with a footnote If you are even slightly interested buy them because they truly are bada but buy them on sale They always have fake markdowns on the imaginary inflated prices but they run BOGOs and similar sales often enough throughout the year that you ll never have to wait long I d also encourage signing up for their promotions because they ll offer additional discounts and even loyalty deals And Coolina get your QC under control Your products are so great when they re right and I d like to be a loyal customer long down the road And take yourself more seriously List the real prices and sell at full retail most of the year your product is worth it and it will make the sales truly special The app is even great but I feel like I m shopping on Ali Express or Temu with all those slashed prices and tacky banners Emphasize things like your blog more Create an online presence that generates brand enthusiasts and encourages them to engage with the product more
