I emailed explaining that my copy was a fake they quickly responded asking for more information After I provided it they let me know the battery may be a but tricky but they would do their best They were very friendly and polite in correspondence And they fixed it Repaired it quickly sent it back working and with a free Sweetie Fantastic customer service

Awesome service I used Cool Spot Gaming to replace the batteries for some gameboy cartridges I ve owed since I was a kid Two of them had save files that I didn t want to lose and so I paid the additional fee for the backup service which is so great for the peace of mind to know my games will last another 20 years because of this you can t really put a price on it Communication was excellent and friendly and the turnaround time was amazing plus I was kept informed the whole time Very happy customer here I ll highly recommend Cool Spot Gaming to anyone who ll listen to me talk about how good I am at Mario games and about weird trivia about Donkey Kong for the GameBoy without their eyes glazing over

Honestly was the best online shopping experience of my life The communication and customer service was top notch and Rob couldn t be more happy to help First order arrived within days and was exactly as expected Second order was a bit more complicated I wanted a custom GBA cartridge with ROM supplied by me After a few emails back and forth which were responded to almost instantly Rob had tested my rom and confirmed it was possible and a few days later the game was in my hands with a box complete with custom artwork Massively impressed wish more transactions online where this easy Thanks again rob

Amazing Custom Handhelds

I can t speak highly enough of my experience buying a custom Gameboy Advance with this company It was well built plays amazing and priced competitively Their designs are incredible and a lot better than some tackier ones by other shops I added a note to my order as I was hoping to switch out my buttons for a different colour and they did this for me The order arrived quickly despite it being Christmas I honestly can t recommend them enough Thanks again
