I ordered a month ago and still haven t received anything I sent an email but I haven t gotten a response Then I tried via Instagram and only got a response after a week The shoes are supposedly on their way but I haven t received anything and I see on the website that they still haven t been shipped In response they say they can t do anything about it I want to cancel my order and get my money back but that s not possible They are kind enough to send me a review request about shoes that I never received

Beware of hidden charges

My order has arrived but now I am being chased by customs for VATIt makes the trainers very expensive and is false advertising I wish I had never heard of this company

Do not order from this company It s a scam I placed my order on 11 28 order 17633 and received a confirmation email and my credit card was charged immediately however haven t received an update since I ve reach out several times via email as well as different social media platforms and am ignored every time Please be aware that this company is fraudulent

I ordered a pair of shoes from their website on 11 20 Their tracking shows delivered but I have not received any package AND started a claim with USPS It is 12 18 and we still do not have a resolution but they already charged my credit card and have been holding on to my for about a month now Terrible customer service too

Gutted I didn t check the reviews here before ordering I ordered a pair on 1st December and haven t heard a thing regarding their whereabouts I ve tried contacting customer services who have been appalling in their replies and tried to claim that the address I provided is incorrect I ve checked it and confirmed it s correct Shocking that a company can get away with this and to see it promoted by influencers too Order 54192

Giving them 1 star is even too much Terrible customer service My shoes arrived with a lot of damage and they will not take them back as they say they cannot accept damaged shoes Their return policy clearly states that the shoes must be returned in the same condition that they arrived Well I returned them just as I received them They said no refund sent the damaged shoes back to me and will not respond to my emails I will continue to post negative reviews everywhere I can until this is addressed
