Worst experience
I had auto and home insurance with them for last 4 years They cancelled my auto insurance so I thought they cancelled the home insurance as well They charged me for home insurance when i asked them to cancel it why would I pay almost 100 for home insurance with them when i am getting cheap price somewhere else they charged me for whole month I didn t even have the coverage as I already cancelled it On top of that they charged me for cancellation as well They are worst insurance company I would not recommend anyone to go with them

Sudden weather changes are your fault
My daughter drove in the heavy rain in London Ontario last week The car engine has pulled in some water and is now destroyed Repair cost 5700 CAD They decided that the heavy rain is her fault Be aware you are dealing with a bunch of crooks I spent more than 15000 CAD in the last ten years just on insurance premiums for this car alone

huge disappointment
awful gives you an appealing quotes and then when you proceeds and gets the vehicle they tell you vehicle is restricted i don t even know if they train these people because they have no clue on what they re doing

Wow I was a loyal customer for several years recieved a notice they would not ve renewing my home and auto ins No at fault claims in over 40 years no home insurance claims Never missed a payment When I called them to inquire why they refused to offer any explanation

Collecting quotes for simple straightforward small business liability After three attempts nothing No call backs no emails and this after I talked to a different representative three times and they promised a speedy response Don t waste your time there are much more professional alternatives
