Exemplary timely service

Absolutely brilliant service today after losing my car keys Reported at 10am and I had two new keys by 7pm Every member of staff I spoke to and the Locksmith who visited kept me well informed and in a timely fashion I couldn t commend this company more

I called the control room on Monday they had the locksmith come out the next day as I had lost my car key and needed a replacement Unfortunately he was unable to complete the job on the day but did return the following day to get it done Thank you to the operators and the locksmith Lewis who was very friendly and sorted out the replacement key and for keeping me updated from start to go

Lost my car keys they came out within 10 days to give me new keys only took him about an hour and he even called me when he was done so I could come and fetch the keys as if left my car at my friends house

Took a while to get the necessary part not surprising though as I have a pig of a car As soon as the part arrived I was contacted to confirm this and to tell me when to expect the locksmith All very polite and reassuring on the phone The locksmith Peter was lovely Phoned me to let me know he was on his way and went above and beyond to ensure my key was fully working even though it was raining floods Thanks guys
