Coats were great Customer Service SUCKS
Coats were great customer service was worse than fastfood after midnight Rude Unopen to feedback and snarky The coats don t stay shut with the buttons they chose I let them know and they got super rude with me As a seamstress I gave them notes about the updates they need to do to their duster coats for their buttons to work the snaps they used were too small Instead of thanking me for the tip n I was told to return the items even though I said I was keeping them and fixing them RUDEUNGRATEFULUNAPPRECIATIVE OF THEIR CUSTOMERSHARD PASS

Atrocious customer service Never again
I love Coquetry products and have organized large group buys of 50 pieces for festivals and events over the years but after my latest experience I will never shop with them again I placed an order for 4 items in a variety of sizes so that I could return the ones that didn t fit I saw the shipping email go out and it was going to the wrong city where my billing address is located I reached out to flag them about the issue and they said no it s fine it will ship to the right city Sure enough the item shipped notification arrives a few days later and the item had been shipped to the wrong city 2 hours away from me I reached out to customer support and was told that they shipped it to the correct address - they accused me of setting up mail forwarding and somehow causing this situation which is totally preposterous They blamed ME for somehow screwing up my order rather than helping me out with the situation or at LEAST apologizing I asked if they could extend the return window since my package was 2 hours away and it d be hard for me to get there in the next week or two and they refused Unbelievable After talking to them it was very clear that their policy is that the customer is always wrong Like another reviewer said the customer support was incredibly rude not to mention ungrateful and they clearly don t care about their customers Hard pass

Never received my order and was blocked
I ordered a coat which UPS delivered at the wrong address Ellie their owner and rude customer service person wasn t helpful at all saying she can t do anything since UPS said delivered I opened a claim with UPS and UPS approved my claim but needed the sender to send the invoice to reimburse me Ellie kept ignoring my messages on chat and email I told her the claim was approved and if she just sent the information to UPS they would reimburse her She went ahead and blocked me from the chat and my emails So rude and I took an unnecessary loss of 154 I spend countless amount of hours talking to UPS to have it solved and she straight up just blocked me and said she can t do anything to help Worst customer service I ve ever had The clothes are good but pray you get your purchases because if you don t they won t do anything about it

Love this company Worth every penny
Love this company I have three pieces from them currently The last one I ordered was a custom order someone else had done I liked it and ordered it not realizing the hood was meant to be tight and not baggy I emailed them about it and they had me send it back and made the hood larger free of charge no hassle or anything The turn around was super quick and I couldn t be happier with how it turned out This is a company that truly cares about their customers and want them to be happy Some might say their outfits are pricey but as someone who makes clothing I think it s pretty affordable considering all that goes into them And they fully customize outfits to create whatever you can dream of

I own several different items from this company and am just in love with them all They make plus sizes can even make custom items to size I always get my order super fast and returns are super easy I had one issue out of all my orders and they addressed it and fixed it right away 10 10 do recommend
