Bought a ready made steel circle for use in a garden make over Can t fault it arrived as promised Looks great too

Initial contact was steady if I asked a question it was answered I took a few days to draw a sketch but was pleased with the result I sent it back expecting a prompt response but in two weeks I have heard nothing I am really upset I had set my heart on using this in my garden I am amazed that I am unable to get a response I m starting to think that they must have gone bust but how can I find out Karen

Still awaiting refund for substandard product

Collected order from their depot in Cadley but was very disappointed when I got it home and the groundworkers could not connect the corner pieces due to holes being in the wrong place This combined with none of the bolts provided going through the steel without drilling led me to return the whole order I reordered from another supplier as had groundworkers doing nothing Despite returning order in full some 13 days ago I am still awaiting a refund Poor product and poor service thusfar
