Baby pearl flat back piercing 18G fell apart pearl fell out after only 3 months- impossible to get in touch with customer service After numerous emails and direct website contact someone finally responded 2 months later to say that my product was then out of warranty Terrible quality terrible customer service

Absolutely dreadful

Absolutely dreadful Ordered over a month ago and received dispatch confirmation by email on the 29th September 2024 I have used the tracking provided but it says the courier is still waiting for the package I chased it up middle of October and was told it hadn t been dispatched as it was out of stock They said it was now back in stock and they d dispatch it straight away and send notice via email that it had been dispatched They also promised it would arrive in 5 - 8 business days I have never received an email confirming dispatch and it s now 10 business days and nothing has arrived They are full of lies and don t seem able to deliver the service they promise Stay well clear

If I could leave a zero star review I would AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS I placed an order on September 23rd It is now October 27th and I still do not have my order I have contacted the company several times and been ignored I opened a PayPal case 10 days ago which is due to close today the seller has waited until the very last minute to respond Their shipping time scales state 6-10 business days for delivery to my country It s now 34 calendar days or 24 business days later I am absolutely appalled by the awful customer service

What a waste of money

I ordered some earrings from this company specifically some hoops and studs Firstly the studs were meant to be clear and they were white and not shiny at all Secondly the hoops were so small that they would never fit my lobes The size of the hoop is smaller than a 5 pence British coin so it may fit on a toddler or a doll I decided to contact customer services to see if they could help me return the earrings for a full refund and they stated due to hygiene reasons it would not be possible which is completely understandable She also mentioned that I should have read the sizing chart before purchasing but surely if there are no size options available and a grown adult model has these earrings on you d roughly get an idea of how the earrings are in size before purchasing So my conclusion is the pictures are incredibly deceiving and the quality of the earrings are super cheap so you re better off getting your earrings from other brands such as With Bling which cost a fraction of the price and are hyper polygenic It may be that the pictures are edited or the model is just wearing bigger and better quality earrings I would like to mention that the earrings look like they ve been bought from Temu or Alibaba and sold for a significantly higher price Please do not waste your money here
