Happy with my purchase
Firstly I love that they currently have the summer discount which gives you 100 off After making the purchase online I received a phone call immediately from Richard which was a nice touch Unlike other EV company s that require you to survey your house on your own and share pictures etc Cord-EV takes this hassle off the customer as a surveyor actually comes and inspect your electrical units in your house and advise if anything needed repairing first I had a slight problem with my electrical bonding and thus needed to be fixed before the charger could be installed I fixed the issues with my local electrician then Cord-EV came out a week after and installed my Charger

Every thing went smoothly
The survey was completed by a very helpful chap He explained everything that would happenWe only waited a few weeks for the installation and everything went well the engineer was very polite And kept the area he worked in very tidy

Great charger even better price
I ordered my charger late Thursday evening and it turned up first thing Saturday morning Really simple instructions and installation method took about an hour to install and able to charge my car straight away Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a EV charger as the price is ridiculously good for what you re getting

The process of purchase to installation was very straightforward and I was kept informed every step of the way Installation went very smoothly and the engineer was very polite professional worked to a very high standard Very pleased with our Cord EV charger I have had no issues and great customer service The cost was very reasonable too I would highly recommend this company

Great Company
The surveyor was polite and efficient and made sure he took all the right details and pictures It was an easy process and the company kept in touch before the installation process began The installers came on time and were both very friendly and professional Treasure and Terrance They both did a brilliant job of installing the cord even though it was a very tough wall to drill through The cord set up looks great and the test showed it to be working properly The whole process from start to finish was completed within two weeks Definitely would use this company again Thanks

Easy to navigate site to arrange appointments we spoke with Richard on the phone and he was extremely helpfulTimescales and communication were great from ordering to get fitted took around a fortnight The fitter was very clean and tidy with his work and took his time explaining everything both to my husband and then myself would be happy to recommend
