Dear Hotel Coredon I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue that my family and I experienced during our recent stay at your hotel in Amsterdam My family of four stayed in one of your apartment bedrooms room 2023 for six days and unfortunately we encountered fleas that were biting us during and after our stay We are very disappointed and concerned about this situation As a family we were looking forward to a pleasant stay at your hotel but the presence of fleas in our room made our experience uncomfortable and distressing We discovered fleas biting us which resulted in itchy and uncomfortable bites on our skin This not only disrupted our sleep but also affected our overall experience at your hotel As a hotel guest I believe that it is unacceptable to have fleas in the room especially considering the fact that we were staying in an apartment bedroom We expect a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene from a reputable hotel like yours In light of this issue we would like to request some form of compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort we experienced during our stay We sincerely hope that you take our complaint seriously and take appropriate measures to address the issue to prevent it from happening in the future We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur but we trust that you will take appropriate steps to rectify this matter and ensure that your guests do not encounter similar issues in the future We have always had positive experiences at your hotel in the past and we hope that this matter can be resolved satisfactorily We look forward to hearing back from you regarding this matter at the earliest convenience Please contact us at Your Contact Information to discuss further Thank you for your attention to this matter Sincerely Prisca

The check in lasted for three hours as their reservation team was incapable of reading emails Poorly trained staff that doesn t communicate internally Full of clueless trainees that don t receive sufficient training for a 4-star hotel experience One of the worst check in experiences ever Would not use the services again

Grand Park Lara Antalya
I stayed at the Grand Park Lara Hotel in Turkey from the 26th Nov to the 30th November 2023 My experience of the hotel was great but with a few small issues that I will comment on later in this review The hotel was perfect for my short stay the room was immaculately clean and was kept that way by the cleaners by the hotel throughout my stay Towels changed everyday bed made and tea coffee sugar and creamer given everyday The hotel facilities were perfect and kept very clean by the staff pool area swept and cleaned every day sometimes on several occasions throughout the day The restaurant was amazing fresh food every day cooked fresh on view to all excellent food I cannot say I bad word against the restaurant Perfect choices and plenty of them There is just one thing I would think the hotel could improve on and that is customer service by some of the staff in the hotel for example when serving drinks at the pool bar actually speaking to the holiday makers and making eye contact is a must but on a few occasions this was not done by the staff as a solo traveller it made me feel uncomfortable goingng upto the bar and ordering a drink The customer service I was given was terribleAlso when walking around the hotel I tried on several occasions when walking past staff smiling and saying good morning or good evening with no response back just looked at Again terrible inactivation with holiday makers I understand working in a hotel that size with 5000 rooms can be stressful and hard work for staff but ignoring and no interaction with the holiday makers is very bad business for the hotel and their reviews I felt I had to write this review because the hotel is amazing but apart from the staff issues I would give the hotel top ratings
