The Best Company I Have Ever Dealt With

I find it really hard to understand the negative reviews on here regarding the Corgi Model Club The models are excellent quality and faithfully reproduce the models from the original Corgi range The customer service is second to none and I have recommended them to numerous friends all of whom have had the same excellent service as myself Corgi Model Club cannot be blamed if people don t read the terms and conditions of the offer or cannot follow simple instructions or perhaps think that they can keep the offer model without paying for it as seems to the basis of many complaints The Corgi Model Club is run by enthusiasts who not only care about their products but have a great loyalty to their customers and I will continue to recommend them at every opportunity

Absolutely fantastic company

Absolutely fantastic company I ve collected every model from the start with not a single problem until the last model of the E Type Jaguar which had a minor defect I messaged the company and the issue was dealt with in a very timely manor I must state for the record the customer service I received is probably the best I ve ever experienced from any company I can t speak for others experiences of this company but the Corgi Model Club for me has been a totally positive experience Keep up the good work everyone

Brilliant models excellent quality

I have just read a load of rubbish in the 1 star reviews and have to counteract that with FACTS I have had every single model since the start I have never had any issues except one item disappeared in the post and one arrived damaged both of which were replaced within the week I had the 1 99 offer and I can not see how people got it so wrong and for those that do not know THIS COMPANY IS NOT CORGI Corgi Toys is an entirely separate company the models are made by Corgi Toys for and on behalf of Corgi Model Club simple as that As for rude I have never encountered that I have called a few times and was greeted with polite and personable people each time emails have been replied too in a polite and swift fashion too and NO I DO NOT WORK FOR EITHER COMPANY I am just a collector NO ONE is forced into having the models it states it clearly you can have as many or as few as you want and can cancel at anytime I have not needed this option so do not know how easy it is to do but I am sure one quick email with my account number would suffice And anyway why not just refuse the models once they appear at the door they are easily identifiable The models themselves are not cheap rubbish either clearly that person would not know a cheap model from a decent one if it was introduced to them by the pope these are sold metal recreations of the originals I have many of the originals and have placed them side by side and you would be hard pressed to see the difference these are well made heavy solid metal models but you can not please everyone Shame the price went up again though but they are still cheaper than some other models out there that are not as well made as these And again I DO NOT WORK FOR CORGI TOYS OR CORGI MODEL CLUB

Superb cars and club

I joined a few months ago when I saw that the club were giving the ice cream van and the Mini for 9 99 with the other gifts included I also have now received all the other cars and am up to date as they allow you to buy all the cars so you can catch up I m not sure why other reviewers say that the quality is rubbish because I m blown away by it The cars and the boxes are superb It s like being a kid all over again when I receive a new one each month I think some of the negative reviews on here are because people haven t read the term s and conditions properly I highly recommend this club

In praise of the Customer Service Team at the Corgi Model Club

I have been a member of the modern day Corgi Model Club since its inception with the classic Ford Thames Walls Ice Cream van The models are exceptional and probably as close to the originals as is possible with modern techniques The quality of customer service is also extremely good in my experience I once had a collectors card missing when one of the models arrived and this was replaced immediately after email contact More recently my example of the Citroen DS19 Rally Car had a manufacturing fault with it s suspension and this has once again been replaced immediately Overall whilst some of the models are not quite exact replicas of the originals you would have to be very critical to resist their charm They really are as close as is possible especially when you consider their very reasonable price As indicated above I cannot fault the Customer Service Team Many thanks to them

Excellent models Good value Website maybe SLIGHTLY confusing

I am a long-term collector of model vehicles and had Corgi Toys as a child Key point is that the CMC models are truly excellent replicas and good value for the 23 98 charged They bear comparison with models costing much more and have a great nostalgia factor I recognise that the website in which a user signs up for the subscription and gets the first model at 1 99 with no obligation is a bit confusing - As I recall having filled in all the boxes there is an ADDITIONAL box to tick to say Yes I want the special offer of 1 99 on the first model Why would you NOT want it I too managed to miss that box so ended up paying full price Disappointed - but the model and all subsequent models are well worth the price charged If you are collector of model cars - SIGN UP NOW And i have no connection with Corgi Model Cub
