Communications were excellent the team turned up on time and replaced the felt on my shed roof with torch-on felt They finished quickly tidied up and were polite and efficient Best of all there have been no leaks in the shed despite the heavy rainfall recently

The weather caused a few delays but I was kept informed of when work would start including coordinating the scaffolders Ben even drove over to our Brighton address to let me know when he realised he didn t have a record of my mobile number Margaret in the office was very responsive via email too The roofing and chimney teams were very easy to have around - and the work was completed efficiently My neighbour who works in the building trade checked the work over and said they ve done a great job Cornerstone came to us from a friend s recommendation and we are very happy to recommend them on to others

Roofers worked 8am to 6pm to get the job done

Despite the miserable weather over the past ten days the roofers from Cornerstone arrived on the one fine day of the week and were able to finish the major part of the job replacing 2 x lead valleys the same day - working from about 8 00 am until dark at 6 00pm A couple of days later they returned to replace some broken slates and job done - slate roof fixed All debris was removed from site and we were delighted with the result

Ben and his team were on top of our flat roofing job from the start A fast response from my phone call they were onsite to quote within the week and the work completed within the month Ben identified other minor issues that could be rectified at the same time and the job was completed in a very efficient thorough and professional way Also their communication was excellent as a mutually agreed delay was arranged to avoid bad weather

Ben and the team helped us out after Storm Darragh left us missing 5 hip tiles Despite being booked up well into the new year they squeezed us in and pulled out all the stops organising the scaffolding and carried out the repair 3 days before Christmas
