I was migrated to the new corner trader
I was migrated to the new corner trader platform To sum it up I am more than disappointed The Mobile App is not usable at all the platform can be accessed via the web browser but it is so complex that a normal screen of a mobile phone is not sufficient to use the platform Furthermore I am not spending my days in front of a big screen which allows me to trade via a desktop laptop that is connected to a big screen Therefore I am now limited in using my depot and the trading functionalities from one day to the other Furthermore I appreciated that all securities and titles could be opened with information and recommendations from analysts This information is not available anymore at least the UX is not intuitive and I am not able to find the information My portfolio split i e sector current and title split is not available anymore or not intuitively accessible Intraday profit and loss is not visible either All in all more or less all functionalities that made corner trader worth using for me are gone I am thinking about changing the trading platform The fact that I have an additional bank account for now for free does not help me I signed up for a depot and trading platform not a bank account It is really a pity as the previous solution was a really good one All would have been fine if and when the transition would have been a bit more thorough than issuing a letter stating that the transition will be smooth and simple which it was not My watch list was not transferred to the new platform and for days there was no meaningful trading possible Some instruments were blocked and can still after more than a week not been traded In the end I am limited in the way I proceed with my own shares and money

Trading account gone VISA card instead
Actually I was fairly happy with the Cornertrader account All of a sudden they started encouraging me to use the app where all functions are also available Unfortunately in the app no trading functions are available at all Additionally without asking they sent me a CornerTrader VISA card Access to my tradin account is gone and now I have a VISA Cornertrader card I neither want nor need Very confusing and not building confidence

From average to poor within a day
I have to say this is without a doubt the worst migration I have ever experienced both as a customer and as someone who works in this field and has been involved in similar projects It starts with shockingly poor communication especially the glaring fact that all historical data is now inaccessible on the new platform This is absolutely unacceptable and frankly nothing new for Corn rtrader s subpar customer communication standards The new phone app is a complete disaster It is utterly unusable whether you re a trader or an investor All of the genuinely useful features from the old app have been removed What s left is a barebones tool where you can see your stocks and execute basic buy sell transactions That s it No insights no historical data no functionality that even remotely meets the needs of serious users The web application is equally abysmal The design is cumbersome and offers no real value to investors Perhaps day traders might find some semblance of usability in it but for everyone else it is borderline useless To be brutally honest I don t even know where to begin addressing this catastrophic failure It is painfully clear that customers were not considered at any stage of designing this new platform neither in terms of communication nor functionality As a result what Corn rtrader has delivered is a poorly thought-out stripped-down product that fails to meet even the most basic expectations of its user base This is not just a disappointing experience it is an outright insult to customers who have trusted this platform with their investments Corn rtrader needs to take immediate action to address these glaring issues
