I booked this service to replace windows in our beloved VW The communications were great but wait til the end of the work day for your first response We worked out the best date for us had a good chat about the location and how the weather would affect it it was a January fitting and they answered all my questions about T Cs and the job got booked in They use WhtsApp for one option for communicating and that worked great I could send photos and ask more questions Come the day of the job the engineer couldn t have been a nicer guy happily moving everything so our neighbour could get her car out And of course the bit you want to know about the job was done perfectly even tidying up a bit that was not their concern I m not a big review writer but this was just the service I was looking for at a very reasonable price and done very professionally I just wish I had more windows to replace thanks guys
