Consors are CROOKS

They have made serious mistakes with buying stocks calculating too high costs When I discovered that they didnt want to restitute it because I too late noticed it I didnt get recompensation I think this is indicative of the low level functioning of the bank I consider going to justice

Horrible service

They force you to use a mobile TAN but only German phones work - I don t have one anymore since I moved abroad so I cannot use the web interface They only speak German and the website is in German only Prices are high and transactions are overly complicated Horrible service especially if you don t speak German

Very bad experience in opening an account Their chat service as well as customer call service don t speak in english even if they know english Looks like only german speaking person can open an account

A bunch of liars and incompetent people In January instead of the activating code a service person send me a new PIN which I did t need Since then I don t have access to my account anymore My signature was declined twice so that I had to send twice the formula In the end according to them they sent out the new PIN and activating code three weeks ago But I never got any Till now I don t have access to my account neither to my money During the thousands of calls I made they either hung up shortly after picking up my phone or treated me badly and even recommended to close my account with them Is this customer service I would have given them negative point if I could

Service down fees up

Since the acquisition by BNP Paribas service has gone down and fees went up Have been a customer of this bank for over 15 years and will now look for alternatives

Stay away from Cortal Consors

Bad experience while opening a trader account while staying in Asia Email answers took weeks to be answered It came out that they didnt close my account that I terminated many years ago NO customer orientation They expected me to have access codes of the account I terminated many years ago Eventally I called them from Asia Got a guy called Mr Bitsch on the phone He did not show any tendency to solve the actual issue Instead he blamed third parties We have no influence on how our data are sent out Alltogether I strongly reommend to stay away from Cortal Consors

Horribile customer service

Very bad customer service I waited on the line for around an hour then a guy replied to me and it is clear that he was eating and doesn t care His reply are so stupid and short Lack of respect to even human being level rather than customers I would also give negative points if I can I will definitly close my account immdiately Many options in the market not sure why I got their stupid credit card

This bank is a criminal organisation After 20 years of having held various accounts the relationship was terminated without reasons The termination was not legally valid as not sent my mail but just uploaded in their online register They blocked my accounts and refused to remit my assets Multiple telephone conversations with incompetent customer service officers were wasted time Proceeding a law suit Anyone careful to entrust any assets and funds to those fraudsters
