I ordered a stroller ES1530 on

I ordered a stroller ES1530 on 30 12 2021 from the Spanish site cosatto es and entered the data and address in Valencia as required I paid via paypal So far so good but after a while I received an email with additional questions to which I answered The wait continued Two weeks later I wrote a letter asking where the stroller was and when I would receive the order I did not receive any answer I had to call the UK and ask what was going on with the order and I did not recive any adequate answer again I had to cancel the order and ask for refund I am very disappointed I hope that my money will be reimbursed within the agreed time 10 working days so that I do not have to notify the authorities of fraud

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I cannot believe how TERRIBLE this experience continues to be If you want to wake up stressed and anxious in the middle of the night for months then cosatto is the company for you If you want to be drip-fed false solutions and deal with inept customer service cosatto is the company for you If you want to not be able to keep your child safe because you have no product no replacement and no refund cosatto is the company for you This company should Not be attempting to operate beyond the UK as they are clearly less than capable I can t confirm that the customer service is a bot floral automated response but Edith our point of contact is skilled at making you feel like you re screaming into the abyss And No there is no one listening your problem is not being helped heard or halved Initially the customer service was just slow now 2 months on it doesn t exist As new parents to a child younger than 6 months without a car seat because cosatto are unwilling to provide a solution you can imagine how exhausting this extra stress is to carry WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
