Blanket bought 2023 and controller broke within year warranty

I bought a blanket via Amazon last October and the controller died on me I contacted the company who made sure I had gone through their check list to check for faults Once it was clear I had done this a new controller was dispatched and received within a couple of days Such good after service

Great product and fantastic customer service I bought this for my mother-in-law two years ago Her house is really cold and it s made such a difference She had to wash it recently and it stopped working but no quibble they sent a replacement straight away Brilliant thank you

Blanket is really nice soft and warm Had a few issues with the connector a few months after buying and the team sent out a replacement blanket straight away Good communication and customer service Would always recommend

Wonderful product and team

I use mine everyday and it s on for hours and has lasted many many months Brought my mum one too and unfortunately it was faulty at first but customer care replaced remote free of charge literally arrived next day Its still working and running since then The team support company all round are great efficient professional and all go above and beyond when fixing any technical faults I recently had to contact customer services and thank you to Abi for managing my query so pleasantly Communicating was a breeze and is very easy to get in contact They are fast and all done by using the contact form on the website The blanket gives off both heavenly and a deep heat It s soo soft light and warmmmm I have three already and will soon gift and recommend to fam friends

To anyone thinking of buying a heated throw I would definitely recommend cosi home After mine stopped working I contacted their customer services and they were amazing Fast response to my emails and replaced my throw with a new one extremely fast The best products and the best customer service in my opinion

This company is brilliant The product itself is amazing and if you do develop a fault the after sales team are just so helpful in identifying and efficiently rectifying the problem my blanket stopped working and a replacement controller was sent which enabled my blanket to work again I am so chuffed I got a friend to purchase one of their cosihome electric blankets as well Great company product and great customer service
