Amazing company such a great customer support I ve had my 1st parcel kept at the customs and it would have to be sent back So the Cosmo Korea team assumed the costs of return and shipped it to me again using a different currier Since then I knew they would do the extra step for their customers which is super valuable I am now a devoted costumer and will always recommend them Apart from this their products are high quality items and extremely well packaged and delivered in only a few days

I don t normally write reviews but I have been so impressed with my experience here that I decided to write a review I ordered some Korean beauty products earlier this month and the entire process was so smooth and easy The customer service is top notch English was perfect and they are genuinely just really really nice staff and try to help the customer and give good advice etc fantastic range of products too Will definitely buy again

Awesome company Lots of great products Recieved my package the very next day after payment was received How can that even happen Wise payments are easy I usually struggle with stuff like that Excellent response time I had to ask for directions on mixing Botulax and had an answer in a few minutes Best prices I ve found anywhere Everything was perfect They definately have my future business
