The worst customer service ever It is my fault that I chose an insurance without English support However it is highly unprofessional to ignore emails I sent over 10 emails and never heard back from them You are promised to have a call back and it never happens Do NOT recommend

Worst ever experience
Worst experience If there were any 0 stars I would have given I have Liability insurance and this insurance company has kept my case in pending since 36 days could say from over 1 and a half month and if you see on their website they are promising to resolve case in 7 days After 1 and a half month they said we couldn t gather information we don t have money and we are terminating contract They even didnt say about settlement amount or something The case was getting transferred from one person to another no time management no deadline orientation in this company They also dont reply to emails YES NO EMAILS on call they just say we will call you today or in few hours but never Wait for 10 days acceptable 20 and even 30 but above than this is out of the patience now THAT THEY SAID WE HAVE NO MONEY THEY ARE TERMINATING MY CONTRACT after 36 DAYS I dont recommend this insurance to anyone since if any bad situation occurs with you it won t help you in those circumstances it will leave you behind bankrupt

Outrageous Advertising
Have recently received mail from Kosmos Direkt Thank you for your loyalty it says great for the loyalty you get two postcards with Cosmos Direkt advertising You are then supposed to send them to your friends and advertise them so to speak It doesn t get any more outrageous than that You have made our second car so expensive that we will cancel

No help to non German speakers Worst service
A Cosmos Direkt client crashed in my parked car in May 2023 in the Netherlands I paid on my own for the repair but till today I haven t got a refund by the Cosmos Direkt insurance Also I get no response from the Cosmos Direkt help desk They are not willing to speak with me because I don t speak German They drop phone line when I call No response via email Cosmos Direkt please help solving the case number I provided in addition

Customer service is totally useless and
Customer service is totally useless and rude They are stuck in their processes and can not help with any request out of the ordinary For anything special they refer to writing an e-mail which takes weeks to answer In my case it was a no-damage coverage letter with was an urgent matter

I have been thoroughly disappointed
I have been thoroughly disappointed with CosmosDirekt s customer service due to their consistent failure to respond to my emails Despite multiple attempts to reach out my inquiries have been met with complete silence leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction I expected a higher standard of service and am deeply frustrated by their unresponsiveness

Terrible customer service unable to provide service electronically
One of stated reasons for using cosmodirekt is the online service In practice the customer service is slow and poor communication they are unable to communicate properly by email or to sign documents electronically they require information by mail For six months I was unable to get a clear answer on whether damage on leased car was covered resulting in penalties on the leased car The agent responsible sent an independent reviewer of the damage who filed a report and did no follow up Colleagues did not know why this was done After six months I just had to give up
