Cosmo didn't honor guarantee / respond

Bought this specific watch as it was advertised to work in Mexico, however texting did not work to Mexico numbers. Reached out right away to Cosmo technical support and they were initially very responsive and assured me that they would still honor the 15-day guarantee outside of that time frame if they were not able to resolve the issue. After being unable to completely resolve the issue, rendering the watch useless for what we needed (since call reception is also terrible and GPS has a terrible lag, so texting capability was key), Cosmo said they would send a replacement watch. The new watch never arrived and Cosmo never responded to any of my communication after that. Extremely disappointing. I should never have believed them when they promised to honor the guarantee after the initial 15-day period! If you have any doubts, I suggest returning the watch right away. Also, the end of the charging cable that connects to the watch melted and caused a short in my entire charging station, so beware of that as well! I notified Cosmo of this as well, but they ignored me :(
