My package never arrived
Costume ordered in XXL to be sure that it would fit I checked everything on their measurement table and if they would make the costumes like it is described on that table the costume would even be larger than the size that I need And of course it is too small It does not fit This might be an L but not an XXXL That was a total waste of money

Description of the product 3-5 working days 1 week delivery time all well and good after over 40 days it still hasn t arrived As compensation I only got a 4 discount I ordered over a month before carnival and it doesn t arrive Either you manage to cope with more orders or you have to be more accommodatingYou are disrespectful

Good shop but poor customer service
Good shop with many options from comics manga and films Easy payingmethods I payed per Paypal After I purchased an outfit they could not deliver it They claimed I did not have a name on my bell and mailbox But I have every post was delivered succesful until know So they sent it back to their warehouse They did not tried it a second time nor have they answered me per mail I am still waiting for my money or my outfit
