Lovely clothes and fantastic customer service team They use Hermes to deliver who are absolutely shambolic but when I had issues with Hermes failing twice to collect a return item Cos customer service team were very sympathetic super polite and very helpful

I just bought the long puffy COS coat in the mustard color I love it It s warm not bulky light and long donut blocks the wind The side pockets are deep I o my wish there was another inside pocket instead of just one

I am a new customer of COS I am an older woman who enjoys dressing well fashionably in quality clothes that last so I avoid fast-fashion At this point I can t speak to the longevity of the clothes but at first glance they are much better quality and fit than Zara and other fast fashion I bought and immediately returned I purchased several items in different sizes to find out what size I am in their brand According to their size charts I should be a size 12 I ended up in a size 8 skirt and a size small knit top So like many brands their sizes are inflated I returned the items that didn t fit at COS s expense and received a full refund They are not as fast as Eileen Fisher with returns but they do follow through I like many of the styles which have interesting details and fabrics making them more fun than basics If these items wear well they may become a go-to brand

Good quality just delivery took a bit longer due to brexit

Due to brexit my dress arrived 10days after i placed the order Just be patient it will be arrived The dress is so pretty material and cutting are fantastic
