I ordered a box vip for October it came with a 30 off which I took as a try me price and if you like the experience you carry on I ve used subscription boxes before and I ve never been so excited to receive But the inside was lacking One wax melt but did contain awful burner and 3 wax melts none of which I like and I have I love scents I have Autism and I lock on to scents What I m most surprised about is their response if you stand the read I ve pasted my reply as I am not allowed to cancel till I buy two boxesI will honestly say it was an awful waste of money I ve burnt one square However the discount covers the loss of the last bar which I wouldn t have liked so not hard feelings there I am editing my review as after a finial email from myself I received the best customer service I was offer a replacement and two other options and one worked for me So while November wasn t for me it might be for you Apologies this may sound blunt but I have ASD which for me makes tone or bluntness an issue But if will buy from here again they have good postage and good selection Warmest Regards Clare

I ve been a Cosy member for almost 12 months yes they hit a turbulence a couple of months ago once the company was sold but that was down to previous owners What we have now is a new owner who actually listens to us the customers and openly welcomes the good bad reviews feedback each time she comes back with a resolution a new change She as implemented so many new changes for the better in such a short space of time Not only is she open honest but her knowledge in this industry is phenomenal I for one love reading learning about the science behind it all Customer service is by far the best always on hand to help respond to emails always chatting to us in the group an absolute credit to the company I resubbed to become a VIP member after October made the fomo real even upgraded to deluxe the November VIP the new improved waxes are fantastic They pop out the clams effortlessly They melt effortlessly the clean up after is effortless they smell lovely I m really looking forward to seeing what the future holds the Christmas collection delivery of the advent calendar it s a really exciting time to be a Cosy customer Thankyou Jo the team

My favourite wax melts

As always I have received a lovely supply of melts not got around to using them yet as i have got a huge collection to get through but I ve no doubt they will be as lovely as the ones I have been purchasing for years even before you melt them they smell lovely as soon as they are open there a good amount of scents to choose from so you will always find something you will like you can buy sample size first just to make sure you like the scent which is good and there isn t many that I don t like they even do a points system where can collect points each time you make a purchase and then as the points add up you will get vouchers to spend on a purchase you make I would highly reccomend you give this company a try you will be surprised how lovely and strong the scents are

The Best on the Market

I have been a customer of Cosy Aromas now for a few months and cannot fault their wax melts and customer service Since the new owner Jo Martin took over the levels of scent and amount of wax you receive is phenomenal They are handcrafted with 5 oils and the scent throw is amazing The Cosy community on social media is so welcoming and kind We are one big family where everyone helps one another and nothing is too much trouble If you haven t tried Cosy I urge you to you won t be disappointed If I could give them 10 I would

Have to say I am a real fan of Cosy Aromas my main favourites are their room sprays the Lavender ones sprayed on my bedding are amazing I have purchased wax melts and although I found some to be not very scented I did find some I liked that packed that nose tingling blast of loveliness I love the fact that they listen to their customers and are bringing new and exciting scents and packaging to us Long may Cosy Aromas be scenting our abodes
