Having had a previous survey from Cotswold Surveyors we were confident in instructing them again knowing that the survey would be thorough and we would be able to talk with the surveyor subsequently Although a new property we feel it is equally important to obtain an independent survey and have found this very useful in alerting the builders to one or two issues which might otherwise have gone unchecked

Cotswold Surveyors undertook a Building Survey on an old stone cottage that we were hoping to buy From initial contact through to final report this was handled with great efficiency As promised on the day of the inspection a phone call from the surveyor took us through the main points of the the survey and answered all our questions The surveyor clearly had a thorough knowledge of this type of building and the final report gave most useful advice on ongoing maintenance supported by plenty of photos
