Took ages to deliver The tracking was very unclear I ordered a grey seashell jumper and they sent me a mustard beige It s hideous there are threads loose and really thin I emailed asking them to replace it for the correct colour and they told me I was wrong and that it was grey I can clearly see that it s definitely not grey I think I can tell the difference Honestly I thought that was rude and telling me I was lying It was clearly not grey like come on

Where to start wished I d read the reviews 1st problem took absolutely ages to get my orders chased no end of times 2nd order came paid 44 sale price from 89 OMG the cheap quality that came I would not even pay 15 for what I got 3rd only return to china fill in the form send it back ensure you use the address on the form 4th make sure you use recorded delivery to ENSURE we receive it as can t take responsibility of not on recorded 5th 20 to send it back 6th hear nothing for days Check and it s been delivered no refund sent 7th chasing again for them to tell me did I send it to the address they gave me 8th sent proof of postage and proof it s been delivered to be told sorry we did not receive it We will investigate AVOIDED AT ALL COST NASTY NASTY COMPANY Name like London well behave like a company from London

Conned

Just received my coat which is definitely not going to keep me warm in the winter - looked the size of a jumper when it arrived through the post The material is flimsy it s all creased and buttons are hanging off Reading the previous reviews it looks like I will have a fight on my hands to get my money back

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost Cheap materials What you get is nit what is in the photos Returning is a nightmare Anyone with these issues should report them to Advertising Standards Authority ASA and training standards I m going to attempt small claims court to get my money back

Not high quality

The quality of the products from this supplier do not support the high cost of the items The images of the items displayed imply a product of much higher quality and suspect that they are of a quality product that is not the same material as those shipped The item I received was a cheap polyester though described as a high quality jumper I would not even give one star to this product but I have to to leave a review Buyer beware

Organised scam really disappointed

As other reviewers have experienced the item I received was nothing at all like the one on the website and was sent in a wrong size which is clearly done on purpose The coat was thinner than cling film and atrocious quality I complained via PayPal and was informed that I could return the coat but it would need to be via recorded delivery to China or I could keep it and get a 50 refund plus a 60 voucher off my next purchase hahahaha To add insult to injury they keep asking for my order number I have not received an emails other than ones from PayPal and there was no paperwork in with the coat and the return form is a difficult-to-edit PDF Grrr Feel well and truly ripped off the coat is worth 5 at best - what a scam

Firstly I ordered 3 shirts my size when they finally arrived they were way way to small so they said sorry and I reordered the next 2 sizes up better to be loose fitting than just right however on top of what I have paid they said just pay this time for delivery cost the first was free they arrived yesterday you guessed it small again what s also suspicious is that any labels on the shirts have been cut out are they fake knockoffs or rejects due either way way I have decided to take losses and never deal with this dodgy company and I recommend anyone else to do the same

I purchased a shirt on-line from Cotton Season London which took 4 weeks to deliver When it arrived there was no label on the inside indicating its size so I had to try it on It was 3 sizes too small and of low quality There is no address on their website yet there are opening times Goods can be returned not to the UK but to China The UK contact advised the return-chargefor a 34 95 shirt was 14 95 which is cost-prohibitive Cotton Season London gives the impression it is UK based There are even opening-times on their website but their office appears to be in Alphen a d Rijn Holland
