Never will I order again from cotton traders
Placed an order on the 22nd September it s now 18th October No correspondence at all emailed twice made two phone calls still nothing Tried to track my order but doesn t reconise my email order number All I want now is a refund but nothing First and last time iv place an order

COTTONTRADERS MORPETH I placed an order to be picked up at
I placed an order to be picked up at COTTONTRADERS in Dobbie s Morpeth I got a quite annoyed when told it wasnt there and next delivery was the following week I did apologise to the lovely lady on the desk as I knew she wasnt blame but it clearly stated it was in store to pick up However the staff did not give up they rechecked and then went on the computer to try to find it and sure enough it had arrived at a different store I was very embarrassed when I checked my order and it was my fault I had clicked on the wrong store I had already apologised and thanked them for there help but I decided to place a review and Thank them again The items really good quality and a lovely fit Very Happy Customer

I had occasion to use cotton traders glad I did I needed new nighties nice choices great quality I have clothes from them that I have had for many years I highly recommend this company great choices for house and home great prices too pleasant telephone manner too Very happy with them
