Amazing staff Always so helpful and great communication Quality of the homes are beautiful Any issues like snagging that come with a new home have been minimal but those snagging issue we have had have been dealt with so quickly no needs to chasing and asking them to be sorted

I have been very happy with the purchase of my property in Wren Green Bamber Bridge The sales team kept me informed throughout Megan Debbie and the team were superb and always happy to talk anytime and answer any questions There were no hold ups and my sale and completion was on the day I d been expecting The aftercare service and snagging were carried out quickly and smoothly by the site manager Ben I ve had a couple of minor issues with the smoke alarm which have been quickly dealt with From my personal experience and also my Brother s who bought a home on phase 1 of the same development I could easily recommend Countryside Properties and Wren Green

Ashmere booking experience

I had conversations with Ed from Countryside for a booking in their Ashmere development He was very professional and helped answer a lot of questions patiently We also had online meetings where we were able to see the plans and understand them easily I am also very impressed with their plans in Ebbsfleet garden city which has a school and amenities built in I would highly recommend countryside for their smooth booking experience

Great experience at City Fields Wakefield

We reserved our plot at City Fields Wakefield in August 2021 and the sales team have done everything they can to ensure we have had a great experience They have been open about how the build is progressing and Rhodri has provided regular updates about each stage of the build even taking time to go the extra mile with photos at key stages Both Rhodri and Gav have been extremely helpful and informative with no problems in answering our many questions Overall we have had a really positive experience with Rhodri Gav and the sales progressor who are a credit to Countryside

I cannot fault anything at countryside properties so far They are so helpful and welcoming and nothing is too big or too small Annabel from the Abbotsfield development has been a blessing She is really making this process a lot better and I am so thankful for her to be helping us with our first ever house
