Thank you Diane for delivering another excellent session on instructional coaching It built upon the previous sessions and enabled us to embed our understanding of the core principles of instructional coaching The session was interactive and relevant to the work we carry out as link tutors In particular it reaffirmed the importance of active listening and asking open reflective questions I have a clear action plan on how I will implement instructional coaching into my meetings with my trainees I look forward to the next one
