If you never learn then something is wrong

One of the same here an item that was shown in stock wasn t and it took them around 10 days more on top of the week that it s a standard waiting time to send the knife The issue here is not that a random mistake happened but this is common occurrence that goes on for a few years now and they have not bothered to better their service This should say a lot On top of that they never apologized for the inconvenience Ask them in advance if the item is in stock preferably via email so you have everything written down just in case

Abysmal customer service

Abysmal customer service Ordered some items that could not be shipped outside of France They said they will cancel the order and refund After that they took the money and stopped answering all communication This was my third time ordering from the site and will definitely be the last

They did not send me money for the returned goods

My experiences are negative They did not send me money for the returned goods They do not respond to my requests Unprofessional and arrogant attitude They don t value the customer They sent me a used damaged and incomplete product They were unable to apologize They sell below cost but that s about it I do not recommend buying from them

Appalling Service

AVOID for the love of God

Submitted an order on 4th May after looking for a decent pocket knife A friend recommended a Microtech knife which didn t have any outlets in the UK I ordered a knife which I found out a month later was an OTF knife which I ve since found are prohibited from being imported Genuinely had no idea this was an OTF knife but I accept this was my mistake I checked the invoice which mentions nothing about the knife being an OTF Customs it seems have seized the parcel which I accept but even this isn t clear It has been with customs for 3 weeks I contacted Parcelforce who advised me to contact the shipper to ask them to raise a dispute before I knew OTF knives were prohibited The response I received was rude and condescending saying that I chanced my arm attempting to import an OTF knife and telling me quote You lose They accused me of asking them to make a false declaration to customs I have all the correspondence between myself and the company and the invoice as proof and if others want to see how they treat customers Please

Everything is good with this retailer until something goes wrong and then customer service is completely non existent They absolutely will not reply to any message s They have your money and that s the end of it Proceed with caution if you shop with this retailer

Slow communication slow delivery

Ordered two knives both in stock marked in green I payed then nothing On the French version of the site the order is Shipped on the English version of the site the order is Preparing No e-mail i only got the invoice no shipment tracking number no idea who will deliver the package I wrote them two messages one in French and one in English asking shipment details - to which i received no reply After another 2 weeks of waiting i insisted with a third message and finally got a tracking number The package was finally delivered after 3 weeks It is in good condition and the items are what i asked I can only recommend this shop if you want lower prices and are prepared for long delivery times international shipping - i assume the delivery service inside France is way faster They would easily get 5 stars if they would correct these two issues - send a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped - choose a faster courier for international shipping the regular Post service is incredibly slow For the 20 EUR extra shipping cost they are charging they could go with DHL UPS etc
