I went into Keynsham Coventry branch to open a Junior ISA account and was greeted by a lovely staff member Debra She was extremely professional and so welcoming she put me at ease straight away I came away with all the information I required The knowledge and community feel within the branch is second to none I felt so reassured that I had made the right decision I am very thankful that we have a Coventry building society on our high street You certainly can t beat face to face interaction

I had the pleasure of meeting the manager mr Dulson because there was a queue he came out to see what people needed and help we ended up seeing one of the financial advisors Mrs J Stafford TUI can not get a better person to help with your financial problems she help us to settle our worries on our accounts I would say the help we received from the staff and Manager was second to none from the time we work in the door at the Quinton Branch A Big Thank you from my wife and my self Mr A Drinkwater
