Terrible Experience with Coverbee formally known as Certi I regret to inform you that my experience with Coverbee formally known as Certi has been nothing short of a nightmare In fact giving them even one star feels like an undeserved courtesy I have been the victim of a blatant scam orchestrated by this company Despite handing over my hard-earned money I have received absolutely zero service in return It is evident that they have no regard for their customers or their obligations Furthermore I urge anyone considering doing business with this company to think twice The so-called boiler cover they offer is utterly worthless not worth the paper it s written on As if their incompetence wasn t enough the customer service representative I spoke to displayed a shocking lack of professionalism Not only did she laugh at my concerns but she also had the audacity to hang up on me In conclusion I cannot stress this enough AVOID Coverbee AT ALL COSTS Save yourself the headache and frustration by steering clear of this unscrupulous establishment Sincerely annoyed customer

Do Not Use - awful company never complete annual services once excess paid wait days for no one to reply and have to constantly chase them Then say they can t do nothing for you as the boiler is over 10 years old even though the fault could be fixed for just a couple of hundred pound Useless customer service appalling company

Scammers who don t pay contractors done a few jobs and didn t get paid Asked not to discus prices with their customers All round fraudsters Called a few times and passed from pillar to post Asked to do another job yesterday and asked to be paid for my last job She said she would get back to me

DO NOT USE FRAUDULENT

We have had boiler cover with them for over 4 years Be aware that they will never carry out a repair and are conning you out of money They continually fob you off with excuses and terms to not make a repair referring you to the manufacturer and then their terms and conditions that they constantly change to suit We have lodged a Simple Procedure at the Sheriff Court to claim back all costs and payments along with contacting Trading Standards and hopefully close them down You will notice they were formerly Certi but they were struck off by Companies House and Coverbee was started See The Bumble Group A two person operation Hopefully this review will save people from being conned out of their money

Not sure if this is a real business or a scam Call out number does not work Web link to register for a call out does not work So when you actually need the service it is pretty much useless I have a reply from customer services I wait to see if I can get help but will certainly not be renewing Website looks nice though

Money Grabbing Scheme - Avoid

I signed up my elderly mother for a CoverBee home emergency plan expecting reliable service However when she needed to make a claim for her boiler it was immediately rejected due to a hidden servicing requirement that was not made clear at the time of purchase When we tried to cancel the policy they demanded a 25 cancellation fee despite the fact that no service was ever provided Their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful showing no flexibility or concern for a vulnerable customer This feels like a money-grabbing scheme where they make it easy to sign up but difficult to claim or cancel I would strongly advise others to read the fine print carefully before purchasing or better yet avoid them entirely
