I placed a claim for car damage and it was acknowledged within minutes I submitted the requested information and receipts and that was acknowledged next morning with an email stating that my claim was being evaluated Next morning the claim was accepted and within one more day the check was deposited in my bank Their service was unbelievably good

Excellent service
Excellent service Whilst in Germany last year I damaged the wing mirror of a hire car I had hired from six-t I had to pay the excess on the policy which was 1050 euros I d taken out insurance with rentalcover whilst hiring the car on Ryanair website back last year I honestly thought it would be one of these looking for any excuse to get out of paying it back kind of policies and making me chase them to get the money etc I couldn t be more wrong if I m being honest I sent my claim form through last Monday evening Made sure i had all the info I required for the claim as they do ask for all the invoices and info between you and the hire company which I assume is standard issue By Tuesday at midday the claim had been accepted and when I got home from work I clicked the link to finalise the claim and receive my money back There was a slight issue with the link as it was rejecting my information I sent another email which was responded to on the Wednesday afternoon saying they were looking in to it By Thursday afternoon I had another link which worked this time Details were entered and the following morning the money was in my bank account Can t fault the service to be honest Excellent

Direct vs Webjet
1 week of car hire insurance doing it direct was 88 via Webjet 222 it s a no brainer do it direct I had to claim about 10 years ago with them and they were great accident in Italy not my fault Never hire a car without it

Easy and fast service
I was able to quickly and successfully get reimbursed when someone tried to steal my rental car I ended up paying Hertz for the broken window and then asking rentalcover to pay me back
