I WAS DUKED INTO GETTING A POLICY WITH

I recently acquired commercial vehicle insurance with Cover Whale Paid required deposit set up online payments paid the first and second premiums When preparing to pay the premium due Jan 1st 2024 the online payment system displayed an amount that was double what I paid in the previous months My Insurance Agent and I attempted to reach Cover Whale several times by phone between Dec 28th 2023 and January 4th 2024 to request an explanation why the premium amount doubled and why neither Insurance Agency or myself were not notified I sent an email several days ago requesting explanation Cover Whale repsponded that they are would review and contact me Fast forward As of today Jan 25th no one from Cover Whale has responded The next premium is due Feb1st 2024 I understand there may have been issues with their software and if that was the case there still should be an explanation of the premium increase Because of Cover Whale s lack of communication my business is at risk of being shut down in the near future Cover Whale lacks customer service and communication Would not recommend

I WAS DUKED INTO GETTING A POLICY WITH THIS COMPANY BY THE AGENT LIEING AND ALTERED MY COVERAGES IN ORDER TO GET ME A LOWER RATE TO SWITCH COMPANIES FROM PROGRESSIVE IT WAS AFTER I HAD AN ACCIDENT WHEN I FOUND OUT WHAT THE AGENT HAD DONE FILEING A LAWSUIT AGAINST COVERWHALE AND AGENT FOR FRAUD I DIDNT SIGN ANY WAVERS THE AGENT SAID HE DID DOCUSIGN ON MY BEHALF IT WAS DONE WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM THEY HAVE NO CONTACT INFORMATION AND ALL THEIR BUISSNESS IS HANDLED BY THIRD PARTIES THE AGENT SWITCHED MY COVERAGES FROM 1 MILLION TO 85K AND THEY HAVE YET AFTER ONE YEAR TO SEND MY ATTORNEY MY ACTUAL SIGNATURES TO THE FRAUD COMMITED AND THE AGENT WAS MY NEIBORHOOD HEROS ON MURPHY RD STAFFORD 77477 PRINCE MILES THE OWNER COMITED THE FRAUD

Horrible service this is criminal and I would be filing lawsuit against these people I paid for insurance 3weeks ago I called the fmcsa every other day after the first week passed and my authority still haven t become active so I reached out to cover whale bypass my agent and they give me all types of different excuses which I calmly at the time produced all the information they requested still two weeks later no insurance fmcsa telling me the same thing now three weeks later same thing when I say I m go get a lawyer on this they state go right ahead we only have to say it s a glitch in the system and hung up on me stating that the underwriter denied my insurance cause of hazmat which clearly with the fmcsa this been changed over 1month and 2weeks ago long before I reached out for this insurance they blamed everything on agent I think cover whale insurance company need to be investigated by the fmcsa and I will be contacting a lawyer as soon as possible cause of several reasons
