I must say I was quite worried as I instructed CPC before seeing the bad reviews However I can t fault them Dakota s ashes arrived home a week after they collected her in a beautiful urn with her name engraved on a little plaque They have been great from start to finish Thank you

What an amazing service they offer Very professional and vert respectful My daisy was back within a week in a beautiful small cassette as arranged I highly recommend them as in sad times they were very easy to deal with THANK YOU SO MUCH

We sadly lost our beloved spaniel Toby and we rang and spoke with CPC and they were absolutely lovely They couldn t have done more for us gave us all the options and I felt that our baby was in safe hands We received our boy back in a beautiful casket exactly when they said we would Thank you for making this sad time so much more bearable

We lost our boxer Harry unexpectedly CPC were suggested to us by our vet They promised Harry would be looked after Harry came home yesterday where he belongs in a lovely casket card and had been looked after like one of their own Thank you for making this time a little more bearable x

I did not communicate with CPC direct as my vet did everything for me but what I can say is that I was told a led time to receive my baby back of 4 weeks I opted to collect him from the vets as I was concerned about couriers etc i couldn t of asked for a better service it took 1 week for my boy to be delivered back to the vets Beautiful casket you can tell they are good quality with a lovely hand written card inside My boy was securely wrapped up with care loads of packing peanuts and inside a beautiful box Honestly I didn t know what to expect as never been through this process before but with the help of the vets and the speedy service from CPC it couldn t of gone any better Now my baby is back home where he belongs

Caring and compassionate

Buddy was a husky German shepherd cross who recently passed away suddenly and traumatically Our vet explained that he would be taken toCPC Cambridge and that we would have the opportunity to attend his cremation CPC contacted us once he was with them and an emotional conversation was handled with care and consideration by Reuben Everything was explained to us and a date for the cremation arranged On the day we arrived we were met by Vivian who explained how we would say goodbye to Buddy Vivian was kind considerate and empathetic and handled a delicate and potentially difficult situation with care and compassion Everything had been thought of even to the extent of where we could go locally to wait until we could bring Buddy home We were able to spend precious time with Buddy to say our goodbyes He looked peaceful and calm and this brought us great comfort Although we are still heartbroken and know that the grieving process will take time attending Buddy s cremation and the way we were supported by all at CPC will definitely help us throughout this journey We would highly recommend CPC to anyone in this situation Buddy s family
