The certificates are not accredited meaning they are not accepted by any organisation and this needs to be explicitly stated on their website People need to be informed of this prior to spending money on a falsely advertised service that will require them to go elsewhere in the end Disappointing

My employer recommended this course he did it himself I took one look at it and my first impression was people s lives depend on me Not a chance This is for people looking for shortcuts If you get questions wrong you simply redo them until you get them right There are no redos in a real life situation

Biggest scam ever do not waste your money on this online course May be ok if you live in the US but not Australia Should not be sold and advertised in Australia Will receive an unusable certificate and not get a refund due to them sending you a downloadable certificate

100 INVALID in Australia
100 INVALID in Australia so please don t waste your money on MyCPR Now certificates Their certificates just show titles like CPR AED First Aid Certification but they cannot provide course numbers like HLTAID009 or HLTAID012 Without these numbers any First Aid or CPR is invalid in Australia When I contacted them to provide the number on the course certificate they said they can t do that so on what basis they are conducting courses in Australia this is ridiculous I wasted 77 on CPR AED FIRST AID

Great Customer Service and Education
The customer service was great and my questions were answered quickly I was able to get a group discount for my entire staff to get CPR certified The format and modules are well written and easy to follow I like that we were able to study at our own pace making it manageable between study and working I highly recommend this organization Thank you

It was easy Great course online to get certified with less than what others charge My employer got a group discount and I was given a few days to finish When I had problems with my certificate going to the wrong email Customer support was able to help me out

They made sure that all participants understood the material thoroughly and were able to perform the CPR techniques correctly The class was well-organized and followed a logical sequence which made it easy to learn and retain the information And there flexible schedule made it possible for a father of three to get the course done at a time that was completely at my discretion
