Avoid - I have been waiting 4 months for an item that was ordered in November!

I have been ordering since 2022, well before the take over by the new owners Claudia & Alex - who stepped in to buy when the previous owners were struggling in March 2024 . The take over of the company was due to a lot of issues which boiled down to bad management of finances of the previous owners and people not getting orders. We hoped that the new owners would have improved service and supply which hasn't been the case. Things have been far much worse. I placed an order in November 2024 - with an item still pending delivery - 4 months later! I have chased up multiple times via email with their replies taking 10 days +. The telephone line was never answered and this has since been taken off line (rings once the cuts off), I left an Instagram comment highlighting issues asking for contact this was deleted instantly. There has been zero effort from them in taking any initiative to contact me. If I had not contacted them, I would have had no updates at all. I would advise that you avoid this company like the plague and spend elsewhere, at least you will receive your orders. With Craftovator, they will take your money and send you drips and drabs with no effort in completing orders. I will be asking my bank to issue a chargeback if they don't deliver within the further 4 weeks they have stated! that's 5 months folks to get an item.
