You would be CRAZY to stay there
The room was really dirty sticky floor sticky plastic headboard You could write your name in the dust on the blinds on the window that didn t open Staff were really rude and msierable it seemed like we were a nuisance Toilet didn t flush and managers were unresponisve Avoid at all costs there are much nicer five star luxury hotels at a cheaper price too I am still waiting for my emails to be acknowledged by the manager 4 months later

I m still waiting to for a Couple s Thai Massage for 2 years
I ve had this Groupon voucher for a couples Thai Massage since pre-Jan2020 For obvious reasons the massage had to be cancelled multiple times Groupon cannot refund me since it was already redeemed by Crazy Bear Beaconsfield despite me not using it Following contact with Chris Hanks on multiple occasions to please just cancel and refund me instead has led to nowt All they ve done is extend it a few months at a time and yet no times are available for booking til Xmas when the extension ends The kicker No more extensions I ve paid for my mistake and bought something worthless so you don t have to Just avoid this business at all costs Bad practice and horrible customer service

Unbelievably rude
We d stayed at Crazy Bear Beaconsfield last year and found it be be lovely I ve just called the Stadhampton branch to enquire about a reservation and have never spoken to someone so rude I actually called back to see if there had just been some misunderstanding but they were actually worse The person on reception Alex told me on each occasion that there were no rooms available but on the second call I had their site open and said that I could see availability She replied oh ok yes and then tried to get me off of the call as quickly as possible It s no wonder they re getting such awful reviews by charging such high prices for dire service

Disgusting Fraudsters
My Partner and I stayed at the Crazy Bear Beconsfield two days later 9 transactions ranging from 20- 180 and totalling 570 had been taken from my partners card We have called to speak to the manager John O Flaherty who was extremely rude and abrupt I am appalled by how he spoke to me Needless to say he wouldn t resolve it so we called the bank and they have refunded us and are dealing with the fraud directly with them

I have had the worst experience ever
I have had the worst experience ever I have booked this hotel for 29th September for my partner s birthday treat I had decadence room booked which is nearly double the price of cosy room and on arrival we have been told that only cosy room is available for us no bath in the room Eventually we had to leave as I would not pay the maximum price for the room and getting the cheapest one instead This has messed up our day so much leaving us with massive disappointment and wasted a few hours for travel for nothing On arrival I have asked to blow some balloons and decorate the room for my partner which ended up with leaving them behind as we had to leave the room How can you book a decadence room and been told on arrival that they are fully booked Such a joke Never again Arranging childcare for our daughter at the same time wasn t easy so much money wasted for travel childcare and preparations cake balloons etc

Went tonight to the stadhampton Crazy
Went tonight to the stadhampton Crazy Bear for our sons 19th birthday we were very disappointed the food was good but my husband has coeliac disease and ordered the steak but to be told he couldn t have chips as these weren t gluten free Toilets were very tired pipes held up with cable ties and writing on the walls The table we were put on was in a corner with wobbly chairs that belong in a skip the rest of the restaurant has nice seats tried to give constructive criticism to the manager and she wasn t interested Certainly not worth the money strongly advise not to waste time and money going there

Booked for New Years eve
Booked for New Years eve Overpriced massively in my opinion for a below standard room Smaller than average for the room size and would have got a decent 5 star in London As for the evening over 1 5 hours to get a drink Staff did try to resolve but unsuccessfully to make it worse one of the management turned his back and wouldn t take the confrontation to support and resolve As a result ended up spending New years eve watching fireworks in the room With what we spent behind the bar early on and room costs me and my friends who travelled with us are probably 1500 lighter in the pocket Totally disappointing and wouldn t go back

Would NOT recommend
We receives a voucher as a gift from friends for a 12 course tasting menu Very disappointing food was awful lacked flavour and was more Chinese than Thai underwhelming The restaurant was dirty and could do with a good clean Was put at a table by the fire exit which was so filthy we asked to move Glad I tried the restaurant before spending a small fortune on the rooms Such a disappointment

If I could score minus I would Bought two balloon experiences in August We tried to book these as per T C on the vouchers to be told that no dates were available and they would be in touch Several calls and mails later we were promised they would contact us with new dates Fast forward 3 months to today no answer on telephone no answer to messages I mailed threatening trading standards involvement to suddenly get a mail saying they nolonger do the experiences and the dealtails are sent to another company who should honour the vouchers Had I not pestered I would be non the wiser Absolute joke of a company total scam artists avoid at all costs

Shameful
Was gifted a large value voucher half way through lockdown- the voucher has now expired but called to ask if I could extend it even happy to pay like most companies have honoured buy a gift virgin experience etc Was told unable to use it as expired- rude receptionist eventually gave me an email address for the lady who makes the decisions again told cannot extend it as the owners have made that decision Will not be visiting or recommending Would cost the company nothing to show compassion Greedy
