Delivery took longer than expected but the print details are fantastic

I was a bit worried at first based on the Trustpilot reviews Creality could do better in terms of communication and delivery however the printer quality exceeded my expectations The print details are amazing I really enjoyed that using their software I could send the 3D model directly to the printer

Creality Ender-5 S1

Ordered a new Creality Ender-5 S1 in the new year sale Was initially concerned by the reviews on here but as it s very new and few stores have it or have it as pre-order I went ahead I was informed it would be shipped via DPD and it arrived 2 days later I can t say anything about support as I ve not needed to contact them The printer itself is fabulous though Updated the firmware eventually following a youtube titled Service tutorial Ender - 5 S1 flashing the firmware as the provided instructions were a bit baffling USB connection to PC seems to be a bit picky too on my PC I needed to use the USB3 speed ports but got there in the end

Excellent costumer service

Excellent costumer service I bought a used resin printer Halot one pro still under warranty After some prints the LCD print surface broke I contacted costumer support and they shipped a new one no questions asked -but they send an LCD touch screen I haven t been clear enough about what screen it was l I let them know that I meant the other LCD and they just send the right one still no questions asked Nice and fast support thanks

Ender 3 v3 SE

Ordered the Ender 3 v3 SE arrived a couple days later easy to set up and works wonders

i ve had no problems with my Ender 3

i ve had no problems with my Ender 3 and didn t experience any issues with their customer support as I see many people complaining Actually I had to purchase a couple of fans because I damaged mine The printer is still under warranty but the fans weren t defective I m guessing that this trend of bad reviews is mostly people trying to get something for free
