After randomly coming across this company on google I can honestly say I am so glad I did from start to finish I have received the most incredible personal service from Joseph helping me step by step to get the finished product I wanted I have now finally received all my packaging ready to launch my golf brand in April and it is exceptional he told me it would be good but I under estimated how good the finished result would be I absolutely recommend this company for all your packaging needs they go far and beyond for you and are there at every step of the way Thank you once again to Joseph and his team at Creative boxes

Very Unhappy Customers

We first came into contact with this company November 2024 They provided us with a CAD design which we agreed with and paid the full amount as a pro-forma They promised they would have some samples to us quickly They arrived February 2025 and they were NOT to the quality that we expected they were tatty and brown stains on white interior and not like the CAD that we had agreed too We asked for a refund and to this date 11th April 2025 we have received nothing I urge you to be cautious when using this company

An amazing service from start to finish Joseph was great at guiding us through the ordering process with great communication even replying late at night to get things sorted The quality of the boxes we received as a final product is wonderful We will definitely be using Creative Boxes again in the future incredible value compared to other personalised services on the market At times we were a little worried whether it was too good to be true but this company honestly seem to be trying to offer a brilliant service without ripping customers off and they are doing a fantastic job
