Do not order from this company On the website it says that they have a warehouse in United States but I ordered a silicone doll and was a completely different vinyl doll and paid 112 and they are offering me 25 to keep the doll or send it back to China I m reporting them to the federal trade commission better business bureau my local consumer protection agency and econsumer gov for foreign consumers

Absolutely rubbish no refund is made as they mentioned on their website quality of what you receive total rubbish that is not even worth 5 Plz plz don t waste your money and time with these scammers If I read their reviews we wouldn t waste 200aud My mum is nearly crying with the rubbish she received bought it for her granddaughters 1st birthday

I tried to make an order and my payment didn t go through it wrote payment failed so I emailed them they got back to me quick but they told me to use a different credit card or PayPal but otherwise they couldn t help me I think their are a scam

I wish I would have seen these reviews last week I ordered one baby and accessories and haven t heard a thing about my delivery or anything then I realized there is no phone number on site Oh well guess my daughter won t get this gift on Christmas

Doll looks nothing like what is described or pictured These aren t real reborn dolls do not buy they aren t realistic looking The mouth is closed so it cannot hold a pacifier and cannot be fed so it doesn t wet a diaper It s not weighted and isn t silicone or baby powder scented It s a normal doll with plastic like detachable arms legs with a hollow body Terrible waste of money my daughter cried when she opened the package When I requested a refund and return instructions they offered me 10 back Wish I could attach a picture the doll was supposed to be AA but looks like Latino like Pedro from Napoleon Dynamite

They or a rip off after the money clears you or your order is put on the back burner U can t get in touch with anyone sometimes through e mail But to my understanding they re not in the US my doll came from Hong Kong through customs delays etc after getting the doll it wasn t what I thought it would be I was disappointed ask to returned it neededa shipping label its nowhere to return they weren t listing to that cut off contact wouldn t be available poor customers service or non I LL Never buy or recommend that company to anybody B P of texas
