Absolutely atrocious

Started with a new company who registered me with this company in June 2022 It s March 2023 and despite numerous email I still don t have access For the most part they don t reply to emails and even if they do it literally takes 2 months Today I submitted an official complaint to the Pension Ombudsman Others have said about losing money because of fund performance I can t access mine so no idea what I am probably losing nor able to take any action to mitigate the situation - quite unbelievable Trust pilot need to provide the option for NO stars

A worrying experience with Creative Pensions Trust I requested a transfer out in Sept 2023 to my SIPP with AJ Bell As of today 1 03 24 it has still not be actioned despite my account being shut down weeks ago I have no idea where my money is or when it will be transferred

Crooks that will treat your money like its their own

Where do we start Its basically one guy in an office answering the phone you ll get through to him every time guaranteed They will then implement stalling tactics and do whatever they can to stop your pension being transferred to another provider for as long as possible Assume they want to keep YOUR money in their bank account for as long as possible so they can make as much interest as possible Legal and general transferred my pension within a week to my new provider so its possible These jokers took near on 6 months Steer clear is the best advice I can give

This company does not have a clue Nobody knows what they re doing I made a formal complaint due to them taking three months worth of pension without notification Been passed from person to person in regards to my complaint even rang up and nobody has a clue A poor poor company that doesn t even communicate with it s employees FYI - I will continue rating a 1 star everyday from now until I get my 300 00 back plus compensation for the financial hardship you have caused

Huge transfer out delay

Submitted my request to transfer out at the end of September 2023 Still no result four months later after multiple calls and their excuses including from their complaints team They have offered me 150 to close the case without any guarantees on the transfer timeline which I have rejected Will escalate to the Trustees and the Pensions Ombudsman Avoid this pension fund

Scam company that take your money

Another contradictory email from this company Nobody in this company communicates as I ve had 3 different people deal with my issue This pension company steals your money without informing you Takes 3 months pension in 1 month don t care that it s caused financial hardship and pass the book to someone else Anybody thinking of using this company think again as they will rob you of your hard earned money and think you ll just forget about it
