This company does not even deserve one star Signed up less than a week ago and they have already charged me 500lll in less than a week and have not rendered any services to me Called yesterday to ask them to cancel my account for 10th time They said ok I checked my bank account today and two more charges for close to 200 This is insane DO NOT go with this company They are a scam and someone needs to shut them down Fraud I want my money back from these THIEVES

I m still saying don t give your money to these crooks

I previously wrote a review about CIG and after the review Queri Kerry reached out to me and asked what I wanted I informed her that I would like a refund because CIG did nothing for me And she stated that I can get a partial refund so I said okay She then just hung up And if course you already know that I have not received any money back from them It s very sad that the only time she reached out to me was because I wrote a review revealing the truth about this company Total waste of time and money to deal with CIG Don t do it They talk a big game to get you to sign up but after they get your money they don t do anything

CIG is a company full of scammers

I d say a 1 start rating is still too good of a rating for this company They do not deserve to get rated CIG is a huge SCAM My mother was using them and when it came down to issue her the money too many issues had taken place Nearly 2K was spent trying to rebuild credit and get the funds issued There was more money that needed to be sent to them then once it was said that her package was being delivered it was said the FedEx driver was stopped by the IRS because they needs documents signed prior to receiving the package and she my mother needed to pay another 7500 to get those docs signed Now if this said package which was money was held up by the IRS wouldn t the IRS take out the money that was needed prior to issuing the money DO NOT use CIG My mother is getting her lawyer involved with this scam Nothing but lies and and unfulfilled promises coming from this company They directed business to a guy named Henry Williams who didnt respond with answers to her questions CIG is a company full of frauds and they will get exposed When she asked to get a refund of her money that she sent in order to receive the funds she was ignored and Henry kept saying she needed to pay 7500 to get the package delivered CIG how hard is it to return the money to a customer who no longer wants to utilize your services since you all are frauds and scamming people Ive read your reviews They re all mixed reviews the bad outweighs the good CIG and Henry Williams will be hearing from our attorney

Do not deal with this company I canceled and never got my refund this guy is a RIP OFF I will be filling a report with the FBI internet fraud division on March 1 21

Don t let these crooks take your money

I signed up almost a year ago and they did not do anything they said they would The only good outcome was speaking with Alma and consolidating my student loans He did just as he said he would But the person that I was working with for everything else and her team Worthless I called to cancel before and they convinced me to stay on with them until they got 784 50 I hired another company and within less than a month I saw a lot of things coming off my credit report CIG tried to take credit for the other companies work I have been asking them when I would get another credit report and they could only give me excuses This is mid-April and I have not had a credit report from CIG since January This is the worst company for credit repair CIG should be an abbreviation for CROOKS INNOVATION GROUP Because they are only going to take your money I had more results from disputing items myself And when you call them they do not help you They only tell you that you need to speak to your specialist and she was ALWAYS unavailable She only calls back when you threaten to leave Ridiculous

I signed up 3 months ago No rent has been reported and zero disputes have been processed I emailed William My credit advisor and can t get a response

Very misleading They send you an email saying they are from FHA mortgage company Then come to find out they are nothing of the sort I m on SSI Make 1400 a month my rent is 1205 they stole 179 out of my checking account 2xs I can t even get ahold of anyone I m closing my account These people are scammers My credit is fine
