Respectful and caring representative

The lady who helped me was amazing She was so empathetic with me and what I had personally going on She helped my situation and I got emotional Sometimes it feels like you are stuck or don t know where to start But she knew the moment from looking at my account that their was a few things wrong She toke the time to help me out and sometimes it takes a step the way I did To get some answers But she definitely is a genuine person It was a great experience for me and customer service Sometimes financially you have to make some sacrifices to gain and this is a step for me Thank you I am so sorry I forgot to ask the Representative name But she was a very sweet person I am also a Call center Representative I understand and sense when someone goes above and beyond
