I would just like to say thank you to crescent motorbikes for the fabulous service Guy was very helpful kept me informed at all times From start to finish cannot fault the service This Yamaha was far superior than our local supplier

Very unhappy with appalling customer
Very unhappy with appalling customer service They sell me a faulty battery and when reported they say it is my motorbike the one with the fault not their battery Had to take the bike to a garage to get it checked by professional mechanic to establish bike is fine battery is faulty Have been given refund for the battery but they will not pay for the return postage They give me excuses about eBay rules because the battery was sent back more than 30 days after purchase which is true but it was only because you made me go through all that hassle with my everyday way of transport Whenever called I was tossed from one representative to another my emails sent were replied with no signature so don t even know who I am dealing with terrible service I feel CHEATEDYOUR item was faultyYOU have made me waist timeYOU must pay for the return costs not even asking for any compensation

Useless
Useless Nobody knows what they re talking about -nobody answers the phone - nobody calls you back - people 40 years your Junior call you mate I have to believe that if Paul Denning actually knew what was happening on the shopfloor he would be aghast I have been a Yamaha man through and through for over 40 years and I spend tens of thousands of pounds every year on racing my R1 s and off-roading and there is no way on god s green earth I would give Cresant Yamaha a single penny of my money

Enquired on a bike
Enquired on a bike sent finance application They submitted the application even though the bike had already been sold Creating a hard search on credit profile When I called to question it was bare face lied to that it automatically sends off This isn t true it gets sent to a third party lead system and has to be manually sent off I know because I use the same system through my line of work Seems to me that they were checking who would get the better acceptance as they would earn more commission from finance company Not really treating customers fairly

My sons bike broke down well over a week
My sons bike broke down just overa week ago they fixed it however he broke down on the way back home recovered the bike back to Cresent Verwood and after a week and numerous phone calls its still sat there He needs his bike for work dustman I m in Ukraine working so can t do much I m fuming that this happens far too often poor lad is struggling to get to work How about he doesn t empty your bins

Crescent Yamaha in Verwood
Used to use Crescent Yamaha in Verwood for parts for my track bike as I was recommended by a friend last year But this time I spoke to a young lad who had no idea what he was talking about Thought it was a Gytr PRO shop Previously had good experiences with Robert Matt But after my last visit I think I will go elsewhere where people know what they are selling

Failed to carry out Work
I had my motor cycle MOT carried out here and an advisory was given on my front tyre being close to legal limit So I ordered a new front tyre to be fitted on the following WeekIt was to be fitted on the following Wednesday at 14 00 I arrived early on the day and was told that the tyre had not yet arrived I waited for 3 4 hr to then be told that the tyre would not be in on that day However it would be in the next day and they would phone as soon as it arrived and it would be fitted as soon as I could get my bike to them On the following day No phone call at all it is now Friday and still I have heard nothing from them Absolutely terrible service I am now getting a tyre fitted else where I will not be using Crescent in the future

I was going through a purchase enquiry
I was going through a purchase enquiry for an R1 This seller was giving me all the information I needed on the day I tried to call them to make the purchase after being given the delivery price for the bike No answer after trying to ring several times Then no reply to my emails Now the bike has been removed from online Total timewasters I think they don t care about messing customers around

Buyer beware
Bought a bike from crescent motorcycles verwood store bike was dropped off I was unavailable so my wife took delivery when I got home inspected yhe bike which I was unable to start as there was not even enough charge in the battery to turn on the ignition not what you would expect after spending 8400 will not be returning to crescent motorcycles for anything as I cannot trust them to do a good job I was offered a battery charger to be posted out to me or collection of the bike all this takes time easier and quicker to sort myselfe my point is the bike should never have turned up like this crescent has asked me to call them back but I know this will only to be to try and get me to change my review this will not happen
