I have sent several emails to the CRICKETFEEDBUDDY COM is a scam

I have sent several emails to the seller but they are not replying on 19th april they sent me a message that the items I ordered have been kept by British Customs and they are sending me a new package and i should be receiving it by end of that week since then I am sending them emails but they are not responding Then I contacted them through Social Media Facebook page and they have blocked my on Facebook This is a scam they also blocked other people who wrote the same about them NOTE THEY ARE ALSO OPERATING WITH THE NAME OF AIRTRACKWORLD COM and BRIGHT FUTURE SPORT LTD UPDATE THEY REFUNDED ME THE FULL AMOUNT VIA PAYPAL INTERVENTION
