The brew was not as advertised
The brew is pretty mild I brewed it the correct way and it tasted like watery chocolate If it was heated longer in hopes of a stronger brew in the moka pot it would burn the ground cacao Not only that but the moka pot smelled like fish and doesn t use all the water from the bottom chamber I also didn t receive a delivered email so it sat outside overnight I will not be ordering again coffee is still so much better Don t waste your money

Bad Customer Service Bad product
You can have the greatest product in the world but if you have crappy customer service your product sucks This was a product I drank every morning mixed in with my mate but I will be using something else from here on out I will not support bad Service I also will not support lying customer service representatives And if I pay 50 for product it better either come to me or my daughter but when it just disappears altogether you ve totally lost not only my support but you re going to get a better review You re dead to me

Very Disappointed with shipping experience and customer service response
Placed an order directly from company website on Oct 17 Normally I receive my order within about 3-4 days each time have been ordering for about a year On Oct 18 I received a tracking notice that my order was being processed IN NEW JERSEY This company is in Santa Barbara CA and I have never had a shipment come from New Jersey When I contacted the company about this via email the response I received was an apology and a new tracking number this time my order was in Pennsylvania In my original email to the company I asked if something changed or why was it coming from the east coast but received no response to this question just the new tracking number from PA It is now Oct 26 and now the tracking info USPS says it is being delivered today Nine days to receive an order is very different I am disappointed that the company didn t answer my question as to why the product was being shipped from the east coast now I am disappointed in the wait time I think if the company has changed their shipping times they need to make customers aware so they can plan their order timing better I had to order a small Crio Bru from Amazon I have Prime 2 day shipping because I had no idea when the first package would arrive because the USPS tracking which usually gives an estimated delivery date had NO delivery date on the tracking info until Oct 26 the supposed day of delivery Very disappointed and will order from Amazon from now on Also when I order from the company website it says I have earned points but there is never any way to add these points to get a discount on my order I love the product but will not buy from the company website again
