Overall the experience with Crossroads can only be summed up as disappointing A request to reduce the prepayment penalty was declined with the only explanation given as per the contract The primary reason for selling the truck early was a lack of confidence in the reliability of the vehicle going forward A third breakdown that occurred in short order involved the clutch which is a costly repair Furthermore remaining coverage will be ending soon leading to an expectation of ever increasing repair expenses As a result a business decision had to be made Expenses incurred over the relatively short span of ownership were quite high and there was no consideration given by Crossroads to these extenuating circumstances
