Buying my house in Bristol was not an easy endeavour Claire was brilliant as my solicitor - she kept me updated all the way calmed me down when I was getting anxious got tough with estate agents and the seller s solicitor when needed and fought my corner every step of the way Highly recommend

A gem of a solicitor

Claire was our solicitor during a lengthy and difficult buying selling process and we have already recommended her to family and friends She is so brilliant at her job Communication throughout was excellent we never felt for a moment that we could not reach her and she was able to explain concepts to us clearly taking the time to go over things again if we needed Claire always anticipated the next move and ensured we were prepared so we always felt we were in good and experienced hands Unfortunately our house move became complicated and very stressful and this is when we felt so incredibly grateful to have her working with us Claire remained calm and level-headed but we also knew that she was fighting for us and making sure each step was in our best interest We genuinely believe that she was the glue that kept our chain together and without her it would have fallen through There were times we felt she went above and beyond for us and in such an awful time to know she was on our side was such a stress-reliever We are happy in our new home now and will always thank Claire for getting us there Don t hesitate to instruct her you have found a real gem

Claire was our solicitor on a property purchase that turned into quite a lengthy and drawn out ordeal although no fault of hers Her communication throughout the entire process was above and beyond There were times throughout the process where I would have thought we were her only clients given how quick and efficient she was in responding She explained concepts and processes to us clearly and was always anticipating the next step in the process to make sure we were well prepared Claire navigated through some tricky issues relating to the purchase to ensure things moved along smoothly Claire was constantly pushing and doing the chasing on our behalf leaving us with very little if any heavy lifting to do She took the time to explain things to us when we had questions ensuring we had all the facts to make sure each decision was in our best interests Our experience was the complete opposite to what I have heard many friends have experienced with other solicitors We considered ourselves extremely lucky we instructed Claire I ve recommended Claire to a friend already - and will carry on doing so She truly went above and beyond and I would not hesitate to instruct her again
