Hassel it is TERRIBLE customer service
It s now been 4 weeks and still NO refund Terrible customer service They don t answer emails or 1 on 2 Times I went to nearby store to return indicated on the site but they are not willing to take returns Si I went to Canada post I had to pay 20 52 to return my items and still waiting for my refund They write Hassle free returns on their site but a hassle IT IS Will never buy online anymore and even no Crocs Very bad experience

Worst customer service possible
No free return ok but customer service isn t able to help you with anything I ordered an item and the day after they sent me 25 off thay same item They didn t want to adjust the fee which is a real lack of courtesy I don t know where these guys are located but you have to r p te many times before the agent understand if he does After I told them politely that I had a very bad customer service with them the guy just closed the chat I now boycot Crocs

Customer service and return of online purchases
Customer service and online return policy are 2 Serious problems with Crocs Easy and fast returns crocs says to return crocs purchased online to any of their authorized locations for a full and immediate refund lie The outlets will not accept returns exchanges of online purchased goods I went to 3 outlets Since Crocs refuses to provide return labels you must pay for returns yourself It doesn t matter if return is for exchange or refund I have complained to Crocs and have never recd a reply They will reply with a standard response that does not refer to your querie It is so pathetic that I actually asked one customer rep to stop contacting me They try to get good reviews Not from this former customer who is still waiting for a refund to be issued for 2 pairs of Crocs that I paid dearly to have returned and it took annoying amount of time for customer service to reply to request for Crocs return address Skip Crocs Buy any of so many other better brands out there

Delivery Failure
I ordered crocs through crocs ca for my child According to the tracking info the shipping company tried to deliver them twice however no one got into contact with us despite my info being correct They are currently being returned to the crocs warehouse by the shipping company and are not an option to purchase again on the website I won t be purchasing anything off of the crocs website ever because the same thing will just keep happening Whatever shipping company they used just permanently lost them my business

Awful return process Don t buy online
Awful return process I was unable to take them to a Cricket store for a refund as it was an online purchase Being in Canada you have to pay to return items It cost me 20 to return two pairs They were received at the Croc Warehouse on July 8th according to my tracking number Crocs says it takes 10-14 days to have your refund processed It has been 23 days and my account still says pending refund I emailed a week ago and nothing I used the live chat feature and the agent told me that sometimes the banks take longer to issue the refund When I told him how long it has been he said he will manually input the refund since nothing has happened yet I was then told upon approval it will take another 10-14 days plus wait time from the bank until I see my refund It is honestly not worth the hassle buying online Save your time and money

DO NOT RECOMMEND Ordered a crocs tote that came defective Returned SAME DAY Was told 10-14 business days for refund Called today 18 BUSINESS DAYS after they received it back and still no refund Guy said he put through request and it will be approved in 2-3 days Just received email saying IF APPROVED 10-14 more business days Like wtaf If I sent it back same day I got it so it better be approved and another 10-14 days I ve had easier returns from Chinese companies I m done with crocs I ll never buy another product again Worst business ever
